About This Module
This module teaches students the theory and physiology of breath-holding along with the mental training necessary to stay calm and composed, and to conserve energy underwater in critical situations. Students will learn practical breathing exercises to incorporate into their regular surf preparation training.
*This module will have a special follow-up live virtual Q&A “Pau Hana Session” present by Kona Brewing Co., where students who purchase the entire course or this individual module can directly interact with the module instructors, ask questions, and talk story.
